Buying artwork is an exciting experience and I am happy to help so that you can have the artwork to look just right on your wall. With this mind I offer this return policy for original paintings.
If you are not fully satisfied with the artwork it may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of arrival. Firstly let me know straight away that you are going to return the artwork. It must be returned in original condition. Please note that there is no reimbursement for the original or return shipping costs. Once the artwork has been received in the same condition as it was sent then your funds will be returned to you.
At the time of packaging the artwork is shipped in good condition ready to hang on the wall. It should arrive in an equally good condition. If this is not the case please make contact within a week and include photos of the damaged artwork. There will then be option for either a full refund or replacement. The right to have the artwork returned prior to issue of a refund is reserved. Please make contact by email email@example.com
